Our Bill Payment Service Temporarily Suspended for AT&T
Our bill payment service has temporarily been suspended for AT&T, due to problems with IP blocking or biller website changes resulting in a temporary suspension of aggregation services. The suspension includes AT&T Mobility, UVerse, home phone and internet.
During this time, users will not be able to manually add or update these accounts; automatic updates are also suspended. Subscribers who have AutoPay enabled did receive an email notification advising of the suspension.
We will provide updates when the issues are resolved and eBill aggregation services are re-established.
